Abstract

هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـــ: أحكام النوازل المعاصرة المتعلقة بالعدة-دراسة فقهية-حيث كان الإشكال الأساسي الذي نسعى للإجابة عنه هو: ما هي أحكام أهم النوازل المعاصرة التي تطرأ للمعتدة؟ وقد اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي، المنهج التحليلي وقد غلب المنهج الوصفي على المبحث الأول المتضمن تعاريف بعض المصطلحات. خصصنا المبحث الأول للتعريف بالعدة وأحكامها، أما المبحث الثاني ففيه مسائل تتعلق بخروج المعتدة وتواصلها مع الأجانب. والمبحث الأخير عالجنا فيه النوازل الطبية المعاصرة المتعلقة بالعدة. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها بيان الأحكام الشرعية للنوازل المعاصرة المتعلقة بالعدة.The purpose of this study is to: the provisions of contemporary condoms relating to several-doctrinal studies - where the main problem we seek to answer is: What are the provisions of the most important contemporary condoms that arise for the aggressor?
