القطاع الصناعي في الدول العربية دراسة تحليلية 2012- 2023

Abstract

"This study aims to analyze the state of the industrial sector in Arab countries during the period 2012–2023 by assessing its contribution to economic growth, identifying the challenges it faces, and evaluating the adopted policies to promote it. The findings indicate that the industrial sector in most Arab countries suffers from weak infrastructure, ineffective industrial policies, and heavy dependence on the energy sector, limiting its real contribution to sustainable development. The study also highlights significant disparities in industrial performance among Arab states due to varying levels of political stability and economic integration. It recommends the adoption of comprehensive industrial strategies, the enhancement of Arab industrial integration, and greater investment in innovation and technology to establish a competitive and sustainable industrial base. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع القطاع الصناعي في الدول العربية خلال الفترة (2012–2023)، وذلك من خلال تقييم مساهمته في النمو الاقتصادي، والكشف عن التحديات التي تواجهه، والسياسات المعتمدة للنهوض به. وقد بينت النتائج أن الصناعة في أغلب الدول العربية تعاني من ضعف البنية التحتية، وقصور السياسات الصناعية، وتبعية كبيرة للقطاع الطاقوي، ما أعاق مساهمتها الفعلية في التنمية المستدامة. كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود تفاوت كبير في الأداء الصناعي بين الدول العربية نتيجة اختلاف درجات الاستقرار السياسي ومستوى التكامل الاقتصادي. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة وضع استراتيجيات صناعية شاملة، وتفعيل التكامل الصناعي العربي، وتعزيز الابتكار والاستثمار في التكنولوجيا من أجل إرساء قاعدة صناعية تنافسية ومستدامة.
