مجمع صيدال Sherrod وSpringate- إختبار مؤشرات التنبؤ بالفشل المالي للمؤسسات المساهمة بإستخدام نموذجي

Abstract

"الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار مؤشرات التنبؤ بالفشل المالي للمؤسسات المساهمة باستخدام نموذجي Springate و Sherrod، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري والمنهجين التحليلي والمقارن في دراسة حالة مجمع صيدال للفترة 2019-2023، حيث شملت الدراسة استخدام نموذجين للتنبؤ بالفشل المالي، بالاعتماد على القوائم المالية لاستخراج المؤشرات وبناء النماذج وفق برنامج Excel، بهدف تقييم الوضع المالي للمجمع من اجل تمكينه لاتخاذ قرارات تصحيحية فعالة لتجنب الوقوع في مخاطر الفشل المالي. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها فاعلية نموذج سبيرنقايت، قدرته على التنبؤ بالفشل المالي خلال فترة الدراسة، في حين أظهر نموذج شيرود صعوبة في تحقيق هذا التنبؤ حيث أوصت الدراسة باعتماد على النموذج Springate لضمان تقييم شامل للوضع المالي، مما يسهم في دعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية الفعالة التي تقلل من مخاطر الفشل المالي في المستقبل. "Abstract: This study aims to test financial failure prediction indicators for joint-stock companies using the Springate and Sherrod models. The research adopted a descriptive approach for the theoretical framework and analytical/comparative methodologies for the case study of the Sidal Group during the period 2019–2023. The study utilized two financial failure prediction models, relying on financial statements to extract indicators and build the models using Excel. The goal was to assess the group’s financial status to enable effective corrective decision-making and avoid financial failure risks. The study concluded key findings, most notably the effectiveness of the Springate model in predicting financial failure during the study period. In contrast, the Sherrod model demonstrated difficulty in achieving accurate predictions. The study recommended adopting the Springate model to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of financial health, thereby supporting strategic decision-making to mitigate future financial failure risks.
