الذكاء الروحي لدى الممرضين العاملين بمصلحة الإستعجالات -بالوادي

Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الذكاء الروحي لدى الممرضين العاملين بمصلحة الإستعجالات بالوادي بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن الفروق بين الفئات العمرية وبين الجنسين والأقدمية في العمل في مستوى الذكاء الروحي لدى الممرضين العاملين بمصلحة الإستعجالات، بحيث تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على عينة قدرها 80 ممرض وممرضة عاملين بمصلحة الإستعجالات بالوادي، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الإستكشافي ونظرا لطبيعة الموضوع والهدف الذي نسعى إليه، وتم تطبيق مقياس الذكاء الروحي (لإمرام و دراير) المعدل من طرف الباحث (حبى عبد المالك)، المكون من 68 بند، من أجل جمع المعلومات والبيانات اللازمة لدراسة. وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام اختبار كا² اللابرامتري واختبارt-test لعينتين مستقلتين ولتحقق من صحة الفرصيات تم التوصل إللى النتائج التالية: • يتميز أغلبية الممرضين العاملين بمصلحة الإستعجالات الطبية بمستوى ذكاء روحي معتدل. • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند ( ) بين الذكور والإناث من الممرضين العاملين بمصلحة الإستعجالات الطبية. • لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى للعمر لدى الممرضين العاملين بمصلحة الإستعجالات الطبية ( أقل من 30 سنة/ أكثر من 30 سنة). • لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لأقدمية عمل الممرضين بمصلحة الإستعجالات الطبية ( أقل من 5 سنوات/ أكثر من 5 سنوات). ""This study aimed to determine the level of spiritual intelligence among nurses working in the emergency department in El Oued, as well as to identify differences in the level of spiritual intelligence according to age groups, gender, and work seniority among these nurses. The study was conducted on a sample of 80 male and female nurses working in the emergency department in El Oued, who were selected intentionally. The descriptive method was used with both exploratory and comparative approaches, in accordance with the nature and objectives of the study. The Spiritual Intelligence Scale by Emram and Draier, modified by the researcher Habba Abdelmalek, consisting of 68 items, was applied in order to collect the information and data necessary for the study. After analyzing the data and processing it statistically, the following results were obtained: • The majority of nurses working in the medical emergency department were found to have a moderate level of spiritual intelligence. • There were no statistically significant differences ( )) between male and female nurses working in the medical emergency department. • There were no statistically significant differences attributed to age among nurses working in the medical emergency department (less than 30 years old / more than 30 years old). • There were no statistically significant differences attributed to nurses’ work seniority in the medical emergency department (less than 5 years / more than 5 years).
