Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط نحو استخدام استراتيجية حل المشكلات في تعليمية المواد العلمية وعلاقتها بمستوى أدائهم، وذلك بإجراء دراسة ميدانية بمتوسطات بلدية الوادي، كما ان الدراسة انطلقت من التساؤل التالي: ما طبيعة العلاقة بين اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط نحو استخدام استراتيجية حل المشكلات ومستوى أدائهم؟ وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الكشفي، والاستعانة بالبيانات النوعية -ممثلة في أداة المقابلة ذات الأسئلة المفتوحة-، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في(338) أستاذا وأستاذة من الأساتذة في متوسطات بلدية الوادي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الفعلية من (96) أستاذ وأستاذة، ولغرض جمع المعلومات استندت الدراسة على الأدوات التالية: (استبيان الاتجاهات-استبيان الأداء-والمقابلة كأداة ثانوية للدراسة). أشارت نتائج الدراسة الى أنه: - توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين طبيعة اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط نحو استخدام استراتيجية حل المشكلات في تعليمية المواد العلمية ومستوى الأداء بدرجة ايجابية ضعيفة. - اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط نحو استخدام استراتيجية حل المشكلات في الجانب المعرفي كانت بدرجة ايجابية متوسطة. - اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط نحو استخدام استراتيجية حل المشكلات في الجانب المهاري كانت بدرجة ايجابية متوسطة. - اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط نحو استخدام استراتيجية حل المشكلات في الجانب الوجداني كانت بدرجة ايجابية متوسطة. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في طبيعة اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو استخدامهم لاستراتيجية حل المشكلات في تعليمية المواد العلمية تعزى لمتغيرات (المادة التعليمية، الدورات التكوينية، سنوات الأقدمية، المؤهل العلمي) عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α). - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى أداء الأساتذة في استخدامهم لاستراتيجية حل المشكلات في تعليمية المواد العلمية تعزى لمتغير (المادة التعليمية، الدورات التكوينية، سنوات الأقدمية، المؤهل العلمي) عند مستوى الدلالة ألفا (0.05=α). Abstract: This study aimed at identifying the attitudes of middle-school teachers towards the use of the problem-solving strategy in scientific-subject didactics and its relationship with their performance level. To achieve the mentioned aim, a field study was carried out in El-Oued municipality middle schools. The study aimed to answer the following question: Is there a correlation between the attitudes of the middle-school teachers towards the use of the problem-solving strategy and their performance level? The study followed a descriptive method, supported with data gathered by using a qualitative-method instrument - an open-ended interview. The study population included )338( male and female teachers working at El-Oued municipality middle schools. The sample consisted of)96( male and female teachers. The research instruments included an attitudes questionnaire and a performance questionnaire supported with an interview. The results indicated that: - There is a positive low correlation between the attitudes of middle-school teachers towards the use of the problem-solving strategy in the didactics of scientific subjects and the performance level; - Middle-school teachers demonstrated positive moderate attitudes towards the use of the problem-solving strategy in the cognitive aspect; - Middle-school teachers demonstrated positive moderate attitudes towards the use of the problem-solving strategy in the skills aspect; -Middle-school teachers demonstrated positive moderate attitudes towards the use of the problem-solving strategy in the affective aspect; -There are no statistically significant differences in the teachers’ attitudes towards the use of the problem-solving strategy in the teaching of scientific subjects; this is due to the variables (educational subject،training courses, seniority years, scientific qualification) being at the alpha level of significance (0.05=α). -There are no statistically significant differences in the teachers’ performance level of the use of the problem-solving strategy in the didactics of scientific subjects; this is due to the variables (educational subject, training courses, seniority years, scientific qualification) being at the alpha level of significance(0.05=α).
