Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مستوى الرضا الوضيفي ودوره في تعزيز الاداء العام من خلال الاجراء تربص لدى كلية اللغات بجامعة الوادي حيث تم التطرق الى اهم العوامل ووفقنا على اهمية العنصر البشري وتاثيره على اداء المؤسسة This study aims to know the level of job satisfaction and its role in enhancing the general performance through the procedure of internship at the Faculty of Languages at Al-Wadi University, where the most important factors were addressed and we agreed on the importance of the human element and its impact on the performance of the institution
