Abstract

This project revolves around the development of e-commerce websites by focusing on improving customer experience. In light of the intense competition in the digital market, customer comfort and satisfaction have become fundamental factors for the success of any online store. The project aims to study and analyze the problems faced by customers while using electronic platforms, such as delayed responses, difficulty in accessing information, or a complex user interface. Then, it proposes practical technical solutions. We aimed to conduct a platform performance analysis experiment on an e-commerce store built on Bagisto with an Arabic interface linked to the HubSpot system, by injecting dummy data into two different scenarios: poor performance and good performance, and then displaying a comparison between them on the dashboard. Tools:  Bagisto: An open-source e-commerce platform built on Laravel  HubSpot: A CRM and marketing management system The goal of the integration is to display the store’s performance through statistics, by creating dummy data reflecting both scenarios inside HubSpot, saving the statistics as files, and displaying the comparison between both cases inside the HubSpot interface. Defined Scenarios:  Scenario 1: Poor performance — many views but few sales  Scenario 2: Improved performance — after enhancing prices and descriptions, sales increased
