Abstract

ملخص: تناول هذا المقال التّعريف بعلم أصول الفقه وعلم اللّغة العربيّة ثمّ الروابط الوثيقة بينهما، ومدى انعكاس كل منهما على الآخر تأثرا وتأثيرا وما أضافه الأصوليون على اللّغويين. ومنزلة اللّغة العربية في تأسيس علم أصول الفقه وتأثيرها فيه، ومدى امتداده منها، والعلاقة الوثيقة بينهما ومدى استفادة علماء أصول الفقه من قواعد اللغة العربية ، اضافة الى ذلك مدى استفادة اللغة العربية من علم أصول الفقه، انطلاقا من هنا طرحنا الاشكالية الآتية ما مدى علاقة اللغة العربية بعلم اصول الفقه وكيفية استفادة كل منهما من الآخر، وقد توصل البحث الى أن اللغة العربية تعتبر من روافد علم أصول الفقه حيث شكلت دورا كبيرا في بحوث الاصوليين، مما يدعو الباحثين في هذا المجال الى الالمام الشامل بقواعد اللغة العربية. Abstract: This article dealt with the definition of the Islamic jurisprudence science and the science of Arabic linguistics, then the close links between them. In addition, the extent to which each of them reflected on the other influenced and influencing and what the Islamic jurisprudence scholars added to linguists. Moreover, the status of the Arabic language in the establishment of the Islamic jurisprudence science and its impact on it. Also, the extent of its extension, and the close relationship between them and the extent to which Islamic jurisprudence scholars benefit from the rules of the Arabic language. From here we posed the following problematic: What is the extent of the relationship of the Arabic language with the principles of Islamic jurisprudence science, how to benefit from each other, The research has found that the Arabic language is one of the tributaries of the Islamic jurisprudence science, as it formed a major role in its researchers, which calls for them in this field to have a comprehensive knowledge of the rules of the Arabic language.
