تأثير الصحة التنظيمية على الاداء المؤسساتي: (دراسة ميدانية بجامعة الشهيد حمة لخضر _الوادي_)

Abstract

" يهدف هذا البحث إيل التعرف على العوامل اليت تعزز تطبيق اء ابلتساؤل الرئيسي: كيف تؤثر الصحة التنظيمية على اؤلداء املؤسسايت؟ لدى موظفي جامعة الشهيد محه دلض ابلوادي، الذي انبثق منه حمموعة من التساؤالت الفرعية، وهي كالتاًل: م أتثري التكيف يف بيئة العمل على اؤلداء عليها متًاملؤسسايت؟، ما أتثري اإلبداع على اؤلداء املؤسسايت؟، ما أتثري االتصال على اؤلداء املؤسسايت؟، وبنا صياغة الفرضياتاآلتية : توجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية للتكيف االمجايب على ختسني اؤلداء املؤسسايت، توج فروق ذات داللة إحصائية لإلبداع بشكل امجايب على ختسن اؤلداء املؤسسايت، توجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائي لالتصال االمجايب على ختسن اؤلداء املؤسسايت. وللتأكد من الفرضيات مت االعتماد يف الدراسة امليدانية على املنه الوصفي واملنهجاإلحصائي، ومن أجل مجع البياانت مت استخدام شكة املالحظة واستمارة االس بيان، حيث تثلت عينة الدراس يف( 29) مفردة. " "This research aims to identify the factors that enhance the application of organizational health within an institution, starting with the main research question: How does organizational health affect institutional performance? specifically among the employees of Martyr Hama Lakhdar University in El Oued. From which a set of sub questions emerged, as follows: what is the effect of adaptation in the work environment on institutional performance?, what is the impact of creativity on institutional performance?, what is the effect of communication on institutional performance?, statistically for creativity in a positive communication to improve institutional performance, there are statistically significant differences for positive communication to improve institutional performance. To verify the hypotheses, the field study was relied on the descriptive approach and the statistical approach, and in order to collect data, the observation network and the questionnaire from were used, the study samples consisted of(92) individuals.
