جوانب من المظاهر الاجتماعية عند اليهود في المغرب الإسلامي خلال العصر الوسيط

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة بعض الجوانب الاجتماعية لليهود في المغرب الإسلامي من خلال عدة محاور، بدءًا من وجودهم قبل الفتح الإسلامي، حيث كانوا مستقرين في عدة مدن واندمج بعضهم مع القبائل المحلية. بعد الفتح الإسلامي، استمر اليهود في الوجود تحت نظام الذمة، مما سمح لهم بممارسة شعائرهم وتنظيم شؤونهم الداخلية في أحياء خاصة مثل "الملّاح". من الناحية الاجتماعية، تميزت حياتهم بالحفاظ على خصوصيتهم الدينية، مع مشاركة محدودة في الحياة العامة، كما كان له دورًا بارزًا في الاقتصاد من خلال التجارة والحرف.

The study addresses some of the social aspects of Jews in the Islamic Maghreb through several axes, starting with their presence before the Islamic conquest, when they settled in several cities and some of them merged with local tribes. After the Islamic conquest, Jews continued to exist under the dhimma system, which allowed them to practice their rituals and organize their internal affairs in special neighborhoods such as the "mellah." Socially, their lives were characterized by maintaining their religious privacy, with limited participation in public life. They also played a prominent role in the economy through trade and crafts.
