| dc.description.abstract | Energy is a fundamental pillar of economic and industrial development in modern societies. Its production, transport, and storage are major challenges in ensuring a reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy supply. With the continuous growth in global energy demand and the increasing integration of renewable energy sources, energy systems must now address new technical, economic, and environmental constraints. Energy transport and storage play a key role in optimizing energy networks, managing the intermittency of renewable energies, and enhancing energy security. This course aims to introduce the fundamental principles, main technologies, and practical applications of energy transport and storage systems, while considering efficiency, safety, and sustainability aspects. | |
