Abstract

"تهدف السياسة التجارية الى استخدام جملة من الادوات والوسائل من اجل التشجيع على الاستثمار، أو يقصد تطبيق سياسة حمائية ، فهي خيارات متاحة امام الدول تحدد علاقاتها مع العالم الخارجي ، ويكون ذلك عن طريق اصدار التشريعات واتخاذ قرارات واجراءات لوضعها حيز التنفيذ. ويعالج هذا البحث مدى تقييم السياسة التجارية بواسطة نموذج توازن العام لدراسة تطور الميزان التجاري لتجارة الخارجية في الجزائر ""Trade policy aims to use a set of tools and means to encourage investment, or it is intended to implement a protectionist policy, as they are options available to countries that define their relations with the outside world, and that is by issuing legislation and taking decisions and procedures to put them into effect.
