الكشف عن محددات استهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية خلال الفترة 2000-2022 دراسة قياسية

Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أهم العوامل المؤثرة في استهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية في الجزائر للفترة الممتدة من 2000 إلى غاية 2022، وتتمثل هذه العوامل في الانفتاح التجاري، الناتج المحلي الاجمالي، فاقد الطاقة الكهربائية وسبل الحصول على الكهرباء باستخدام طريقة المركبات الأساسية ونموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الزمني الموزع ARDL، لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة. وتوصلت نتائج طريقة المركبات الأساسية أن جميع المتغيرات مهمة في الدراسة بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر سلبي لكل من فاقد الطاقة الكهربائية والانفتاح التجاري على الاستهلاك الطاقة، كما يؤثر الناتج المحلي الإجمالي على استهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية بشكل ايجابي في المدى القصير حيث تمثل هذه العوامل من أهم محددات استهلاك الطاقة في المدى القصير. كما توصلت النتائج الى وجود أثر سلبي لكل من سبل حصول على الكهرباء والانفتاح التجاري على الاستهلاك الطاقة كما يؤثر الناتج المحلي الإجمالي على استهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية بشكل ايجابي وتعد هذه العوامل من أهم محددات استهلاك الطاقة في المدى الطويل. This study aimed to measure the key factors influencing electricity consumption in Algeria from 2000 to 2022, including trade openness, gross domestic product (GDP), electricity losses, and access to electricity, using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method and the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model to test the study’s hypotheses. The PCA results indicated that all variables are significant, with electricity losses and trade openness negatively affecting energy consumption, while GDP positively impacts electricity consumption in the short term, making these factors key determinants of energy consumption in the short run. Additionally, the results showed that access to electricity and trade openness have a negative effect on energy consumption, while GDP has a positive effect, with these factors being among the most important determinants of energy consumption in the long run.
