Abstract
This study aimed to know the impact of strategic intelligence on crisis management in Yemeni
commercial banks, through the dimensions of strategic intelligence, which are (insight, future vision,
motivation, partnership) and their impact on crisis management. The study used the descriptive analytical
approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, where (89) questionnaires were
distributed to the study sample, and were analyzed using the statistical package program (SPSS). The study
reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There is an impact of the dimensions of strategic
intelligence (insight, vision, motivation, partnership) on the dimensions of preparedness for the crisis and
response to the crisis. In addition, there is an impact of the dimensions of strategic intelligence represented
by (vision, motivation, partnership) on the dimension of recovery from the crisis as one of the dimensions
of crisis management. While there was no effect of the dimension of insight as one of the dimensions of
intelligence on recovery from the crisis as one of the dimensions of crisis management, the study
recommended the necessity of developing strategic intelligence as part of training programs for leaders at
various administrative levels in order to deepen its understanding among bank departments because of its
great importance in facing changes in the surrounding environment. And facing risks and crises.
