مساهمة التحول الرقمي في عصرنة وتطوير القطاع الصحي في الجزائر

Abstract

نسلط الضوء في دراستنا على الدور الرئيسي الذي يلعبه التحول الرقمي في عصرنة وتطوير القطاع الصحي في الجزائر، ففي ظل التقدم التكنولوجي العالمي تبنت الجزائر استراتيجية رقمية ضمن أولوياتها لتطوير قطاعها الصحي من خلال العديد من المشاريع الرقمية أبرزها السجل الطبي الالكتروني، التطبيب عن بعد،... الخ والتي ساهمت في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية، تسهيل الوصول اليها، تقليل التكليف وتبسيط العمليات الادارية، ورغم المبادرات التي اطلقتها الدولة لأن رقمنة القطاع الصحي في الجزائر مازالت تواجه الكثير من التحديات التي تتطلب مضاعفة الجهود الكفيلة بتحقيق أهدافها في ظل الثورة التكنولوجية الحديثة وهي بصدد تفعيل هذا التحول بشكل فعال. This study highlights the pivotal role of digital transformation in modernizing and developing the healthcare sector in Algeria. In response to global technological advancements, Algeria has adopted a digital strategy as a national priority to enhance its healthcare system through several key initiatives most notably, electronic medical records and telemedicine. These efforts have contributed to improving the quality of healthcare services, increasing accessibility, reducing costs, and streamlining administrative procedure. Despite the state-led initiatives, the digitization of the healthcare sector in Algeria still faces numerous challenges that require intensified efforts to fully realize its objectives in the context of the ongoing technological revolution. The country is currently working toward implementing this transformation more effectively.
