Abstract

Managing a manufacturing, service, private or public company requires being aware of what is happening around it. Concretely, this means having a global view of a multitude of important aspects within the company. Data is the hub of a business, and the ability to understand it or not, and exploit it optimally influences the development of dashboards. It is therefore crucial to have a tool that will help the manager manage and process this influx of information in order to monitor each important aspect of his organization. Dashboards are an effective way to address this issue. Indeed, the manager will have a tool which will serve as a central point for visualizing key information concerning his company in order to facilitate their analysis and interpretation with a view to strategic decision-making. Faced with the diversity of information, dashboard styles and models have evolved, from a simple dashboard to a balanced dashboard to a comprehensive GIMSI dashboard that focuses on the concept of goal distribution operational at different levels of the organization with the involvement of workers in the preparation of the dashboard. Hence, this article attempts to address the development of a comprehensive dashboard in the public sector using the tourism sector model. With the aim of highlighting that, in light of modern management, it has become possible to use some management tools that remained limited to the private sector, in the public sector
