الاستغلال الفرنسي للموارد الاقتصادية للجنوب الشرقي الجزائري (الصحراء الشمالية الشرقية أنموذجا) 1957-1962م

Abstract

تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول مختلف الإجراءات والمشاريع الاستعمارية المتبعة خلال الفترة 1957-1962م، والرامية لاستغلال مختلف الموارد الاقتصادية بالصحراء الشمالية الشرقية بجنوب شرق الجزائر، خاصة في مجالات الثروة الزراعية والحيوانية، فضلا عن الموارد المائية الطاقوية وخاصة البترول. وقد ترجم حرص المستعمر الفرنسي لتحقيق مآربه من خلال الدفع بمشروع فصل الصحراء، وكذا وضع عدد من المشاريع الاستغلالية، إلا أن قيام العديد من المقاومات والانتفاضات المحلية، فضلا عن تصدي قادة الثورة لهذه المخططات، أفشلت مختلف هذه المشاريع، من خلال تبني فكرة أساسية أن الجزائر قطعة واحدة، وأن الوحدة التربية للجزائر هي إحدى المرتكزات الأساسية للمفاوضات مع الوفد الفرنسي قبيل الاستقلال. This study focuses on the various colonial measures and projects implemented between 1957 and 1962 aimed at exploiting the various economic resources of the northeastern desert in southeastern Algeria, particularly in the areas of agricultural and livestock wealth, as well as water and energy resources, particularly petroleum. The French colonialists' desire to achieve their goals was reflected in the promotion of the Sahara separation project and the implementation of several exploitation projects. However, the emergence of numerous local resistance movements and uprisings, as well as the resistance of the revolutionary leaders to these plans, thwarted these various projects. This was achieved by adopting the fundamental idea that Algeria was a single entity, and that the educational unity of Algeria was one of the fundamental pillars of negotiations with the French delegation prior to independence.
