منهج الشاوي في كتابه "المحاكمات بين أبي حيان وابن عطية والزمخشري

Abstract

لقد ألف الشاوي (ت 1096 ه) كتابه "المحاكمات بين أبي حيان وابن عطية والزمخشري" للرد على اعتراضات أبي حيان الأندلسي ( ت 745 ه) على ابن عطية والزمخشري في تفسيره "البحر المحيط". وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان المنهج الذي سلكه الشاوي للرد على اعتراضات أبي حيان، وكيفية عرضها، ومناقشتها، وطرق الاستدلال عليها من جهة، وموقفه من العلماء الذين حاكمهم، ومن قضايا أخرى ككلام العرب، والقراءات، والمذهب البصري من جهة أخرى. Al-Shawi (d. 1096 AH) wrote his book "Al- Bayna Abi Hayyan, Ibn Atiyah, and Al-Zamakhshari" to respond to the objections of Abu Hayyan Al-Andalusi (d. 745 AH) to Ibn Atiyah and Al-Zamakhshari in his interpretation "Al-Bahr Al-Muhit". The present investigation aims at explaining the method that Al-Shawi followed to react to Abu Hayyan's objections, how to present them, discuss them, and the ways of reasoning for them on the one hand, and his position on the scholars he judged, and on other issues such as the speech of the Arabs, readings, and the Basran school on the other hand.
