تصميم و تطوير تطبيق موبايل لنظام تسيير مكتبة

Abstract

"شهدت المكتبات عبر العصور تطوّراً ملحوظاً في أشكالها ووظائفها، وخاصة مع التحول الرقمي المتسارع. في هذا السياق، تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى تحليل واقع مكتبة ""محمد الطاهر التليلي"" للمطالعة العمومية بقمار، وتقديم حل تقني ممثل في تطوير تطبيق نظام يسهّل عمليات الإدارة والإعارة والفهرسة وإدارة الأعضاء، مع تحسين تجربة المستخدم.

تمحورت الدراسة حول ثلاث مراحل أساسية: دراسة تمهيدية شملت تحليلاً للمكتبة ووظائفها، ثم تصميم نظام المعلومات باستخدام UML، وأخيراً تطوير التطبيق الميداني باستخدام بيئة Android Studio، ولغة Kotlin، وقواعد بيانات MySQL وFirebase.

ساهم هذا العمل في تحديد المتطلبات التقنية والوظيفية للنظام، وتصميم واجهات استخدام تفاعلية، كما تم تقديم حلول عملية تساعد على تجاوز التحديات المرتبطة بإدارة المكتبات، مما يحقق تحولاً رقمياً متكاملاً يعزز كفاءة إدارة المكتبة ويواكب التحولات الرقمية الحديثة.""Libraries have witnessed remarkable development throughout history in their forms and functions, especially with the rapid digital transformation. In this context, this thesis aims to analyze the current state of ""Mohamed Tahar Telili"" Public Reading Library in Guemar and to propose a technical solution represented by developing a system application that facilitates management, borrowing, cataloging, and member administration processes, while improving user experience.

The study focused on three main stages: a preliminary study that included an analysis of the library and its functions, then designing the information system using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and finally developing the field application using Android Studio environment, Kotlin programming language, and MySQL and Firebase databases.

This work contributed to defining the technical and functional requirements of the system, designing interactive user interfaces, and providing practical solutions to overcome challenges related to library management, thus achieving an integrated digital transformation that enhances the efficiency of library management and keeps pace with modern digital changes."
