يعالج هذا البحث موضوع مسالك التعليل عند الإمام الوادعي من خلال كتابه "أحاديث معلة ظاهرها الصحة" وقد أبرزت فيه طريقة وفقه الإمام الوادعي في التعليل كما تناولت ألفاظ التعليل ومدلولاتها عند الإمام الوادعي كمقدمة بين يدي الموضوع.
