Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of investment in intellectual capital as a mechanism for achieving organizational creativity. The applied study was conducted in the National Corporation for Well Works. In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach in collecting data and information related to the phenomenon. To achieve this goal, we used the questionnaire as a study tool. The questionnaire form was distributed to a sample of 50 of the corporation's working cadres, and 41 valid questionnaires were retrieved for the study. We relied on the (SPSS v25) program to analyze the questionnaire data. Finally, the study concluded that: There is a statistically significant influence relationship between intellectual capital and organizational creativity. There is a statistically significant influence relationship between the dimension of human capital and organizational creativity. While there is no statistically significant influence relationship between the dimension of structural capital and relational capital and organizational creativity.
