Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى تأثير الاتصال الأسري على هوية المتقاعد داخل الأسرة بعد انتقاله من الحياة المهنية إلى الحياة الأسرية، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت على عينة من متقاعدي عمال البترول ببلدية تماسين (ولاية تقرت) وإبراز أنماط الاتصال التي لها أهمية كبيرة في إحداث تفاعل مع المتقاعد داخل الأسرة، وكذا العلاقة بين الاتصال وهوية المتقاعد كمتغيرين للدراسة. حيث انطلقت الدراسة من إشكالية مفترضة مفادها: إلى أي مدى يؤثر هذا الاتصال في تشكيل وبناء هوية المتقاعد ومكانته داخل الأسرة بعد خروجه من الحياة المهنية؟ اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبيان والمقابلة كأدوات لجمع البيانات الإحصائية، أي الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية والمقابلة كأداة تكميلية، حيث تم توزيع استبيانات على عينة مكونة من 50 متقاعداً وتمت مقابلة مع 8 متقاعدين من عمال البترول. بعدها تم تفريغ البيانات وتحليلها واستخراج النتائج إحصائياً عن طريق برنامج SPSS الإحصائي. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: ​أنماط الاتصال الأسري تلعب دوراً محورياً في إعادة بناء هوية المتقاعد. ​الاتصال الداعم يعزز شعور المتقاعد بالثقة والانتماء. ​الاتصال التهميشي يؤدي إلى تراجع مكانة وهوية المتقاعد داخل الأسرة.. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال، الاتصال الأسري، هوية المتقاعد، المتقاعد، الأسرة، المكانة الاجتماعية، الدور. "Study Overview: This study aims to investigate the impact of family communication on the retiree's identity within the family structure following their transition from professional life to domestic life. Conducted as a field study on a sample of retired oil sector workers in the municipality of Temacine (Touggourt Province), the research highlights the communication patterns that play a vital role in fostering interaction with the retiree within the family, as well as exploring the relationship between communication and retiree identity as the two primary variables of the study. The research addresses a central problematic: To what extent does family communication influence the formation and reconstruction of the retiree's identity and status within the family after leaving the workforce? To answer this, the study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection, supplemented by interviews. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 50 retirees, and interviews were conducted with 8 retired oil workers. The collected data was processed, analyzed, and statistically evaluated using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Key Findings: Family communication patterns play a pivotal role in reconstructing the retiree's identity. Supportive communication enhances the retiree's sense of confidence and belonging. Marginalizing communication leads to a decline in the retiree's status and identity within the family.
