Abstract

"تناولت هذه الدراسة الأحاديث الواردة في عضل المرأة جمعا ودراسة وفق المنهج الموضوعي، ّ حيث تضمنت هذه الأحاديث عضل المرأة من خلال إجبار الولي للبنت ّ على الز ً واج، سواء كانت بكر صغيرة أو ثيًبا صغيرة، وأيضا إذا كانت بكرا عاقلة بالغة أو ثيًبا عاقلة بالغة، كما ّ بي ّ نت هذه الدراسة كذلك عضل الزوج زوجته وأحكامه ّ وذلك من خلال إتيانها بفاحشة مبينة، وأيضا وضحت أثار العضل ونتائجه وسبل علاجه ""This study dealt with the Hadiths that concerns forcing or restricting women to marriage according to the objective approach; collect and study. These Hadiths which included the aspect of forcing or restricting women to marriage by obliging the guardian of the girl to merry, whether she is a young virgin girl or a young deflowered girl. Also whether she is a sane adult or a sane deflowered adult. This study also focused on forcing the husband his wife, and the sanction if she comited an outrageous obscenity. The study has also clarified the effects of forcing and restricting ,its consequences and ways of resolving it."
