Abstract

This study aims at shedding light on the role of financial engineering in risk management. We took BNP PARIBAS Bank for the period (2005-2019) as a case study since it uses the financial engineering invented tools such as integration and financial derivatives to cover the risks. Through Excel software for data analysis, findings show that the usage of the financial tools used in the coverage has a strong reverse effect on the costs of financial risks.
