Abstract

ملخص: تعد المناطق الحرّة آلية استراتيجية فعالة تعتمدها الدّول لتعزيز التجارة ودفع عجلة الإنتاج وجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل تأثير المناطق الحرّة على تحسين الأداء الاقتصادي في الوطن الأم من خلال زيادة الإنتاج واستقطاب الاستثمارات خاصة في الدّول التي تملك شساعة في المساحة وبنية تحتية قوية، ووفرة رؤوس الأموال التي بدورها تعزز تدفقها من الخارج بعد عملية الاستثمار، وقد أظهر البحث أنّ هذه المناطق توفر بيئة تنظيمية وامتيازات ضريبية تشجع على إقامة مشاريع صناعية وخدماتية، تسهم في جذب الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات وتوسيع الأنشطة الصناعية، كما تبين أنّ هذه المناطق يمكن لها أن تنجح إذا وقع تكاملا اقتصاديا بينها وبين الاقتصاد الوطني والتشريعات القانونية التي تضبط وتنظم العمليات التجارية والاقتصادية، فالمناطق الحرّة تعتبر محفز لتعزيز الاستثمار الأجنبي واستقطابه. Abstract : Free zones are considered an effective economic strategy that many countries rely on to support development, stimulate production, and attract foreign direct investment. This article explores how free zones can contribute to improving economic performance in the home country, especially in nations that possess large land areas, strong infrastructure, and available capital—factors that help encourage further foreign investment after initial projects are launched. The study finds that free zones create a favorable environment with regulatory flexibility and tax benefits, which support the launch of industrial and service-based projects. These features make them attractive to multinational corporations and help expand industrial activity. The article also emphasizes that for free zones to succeed, they must be economically integrated with the national economy and supported by clear, effective legislation that governs trade and investment.
