العلاقات الثقافية بين الجزائر والكويت (1990-2020)

Abstract

"تناولت الدراسة العلاقات الثقافية بين الجزائر والكويت ؛وتطورها خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 1990 -2020 .وقد ركزت على مظاهر التواصل الثقافي ،وكذا النشاطات الثقافية المشتركة بين البلدين والتي ساهمت في مدّ جسور التواصل وتعميق التفاهم بين شعبي البلدين كما تطرقت أيضًا إلى التبادل الأكاديمي بينهما انطلقت باستعراض جدور هذه العلاقات الجزائرية الكويتية قبل سنة 1990 وبالتحديد ابتداء من سنة 1912 الى غاية فترة الخمسينات واستقلال الجزائر لتصل بذلك الى الدعم الكويتي للثورة الجزائرية وكيف استمرت هذه العلاقات الى ما بعدالاستقلال . والملاحظ ان هذه العلاقات قد شهدت نوعا من الفتور في فترة التسعينات نظرًا للأوضاع التي شهدها العالم آنذاك ،من ذلك الغزو العراقي للكويت والوضع الامني للجزائر (العشرية السوداء). ليشهد منحنى العلاقات نوعا من التصاعد بعد استقرار الاوضاع الامنية وذلك من خلال المشاركة في مهرجانات من الطرفين وكذا تنظيم ندوات فكرية ولقاءات مشتركة وأسابيع ثقافية متبادلة ؛ليتعزز التواصل الى غاية 2020 من خلال التبادل الاكاديمي والمنح الدراسية وتفعيل دور سفارتي البلدين من اجل تنشيط التفاعل الثقافي بينهما والمشاركة في مختلف الفعاليات كالمهرجانات والمعارض .وختامًا: -العلاقات الثقافية الجزائرية الكويتية قد تدرجت في تطورها وجابهت كل التحديات. وان الثقافة شكلت جسرًا للتواصل بين شعبيّ البلدين وذلك من خلال تكثيف التعاون في شتى المجالات والنهوض بالإنتاج الادبي والفكري من خلال التعريف بالمفكرين والمثقفين في كلا البلدين. "Translation This study aims to clarify the nature of cultural relations between Algeria and Kuwait and to trace their development over the period from 1990 to 2020. It highlights the various forms of cultural exchange and joint activities that have helped build bridges of understanding and strengthen ties between the two nations. The study also addresses the academic exchange between the two countries as a key element of cultural diplomacy. It begins with an overview of the historical roots of Algerian-Kuwaiti relations prior to 1990, starting specifically from 1912 up to Algeria’s independence in the 1950s. It emphasizes Kuwait’s support for the Algerian liberation movement and how cultural cooperation continued post-independence. However, the 1990s witnessed a relative decline in relations due to global and regional circumstances, including the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait and Algeria’s internal security crisis (known as the Black Decade). The study further explores how these relations regained momentum following the restoration of security and stability. This was marked by mutual participation in cultural festivals, the organization of joint intellectual events, and academic collaborations, including scholarship programs and bilateral initiatives through the two embassies.In conclusion, the study confirms that Algerian-Kuwaiti cultural relations have evolved steadily, overcoming challenges. Culture has served as an essential bridge between the peoples of both nations, fostering cooperation in various fields and promoting literary and intellectual production by introducing leading cultural figures from both countries."
