المضاربة المصغرة كآلية مستحدثة لتمويل المشاريع المصغرة المبتكرة

Abstract

نهدف من خلال هاته الدراسة إلى دراسة مدى قابلية تطبيق المضاربة المصغّرة كآلية تمويل إسلامية مبتكرة لمعالجة صعوبات الحصول على رؤوس الأموال للمشاريع المصغّرة الابتكارية في ظل ارتفاع تكاليف التمويل واشتراط البنوك لضمانات عالية. حيث اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتوضيح خصائص المضاربة المصغّرة ودورها في دعم ريادة الأعمال والابتكار وقد أظهرت النتائج أن المضاربة المصغّرة تمثل أداة تمويلية فعّالة لدعم المشاريع الابتكارية ذات المخاطر العالية، وخلق فرص عمل، وتعزيز الشمول المالي مع التأكيد على ضرورة وجود بيئة تشريعية مؤسسية داعمة، ومرافقة فعّالة، إضافة إلى تطوير منصات رقمية متخصصة للتمويل بالمضاربة المصغّرة. This study aims to examine the feasibility of applying micro-mudarabah as an innovative Islamic financing mechanism to address the challenges of obtaining capital for small innovative enterprises, given high financing costs and stringent bank collateral requirements. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach to highlight the characteristics of micro-mudarabah and its role in supporting entrepreneurship and innovation. The results indicate that micro-mudarabah is an effective financing tool for supporting high-risk innovative projects, creating job opportunities, and enhancing financial inclusion, while emphasizing the need for a supportive institutional and legal environment, effective project mentorship, and the development of specialized digital platforms for micro-mudarabah financing.
