تحتوي هذه المطبوعة على البرنامج الرسمً لموضوع "نظرٌة المؤثرات واألطٌاف" مخصص بشكل أساسً لطالب السنة األولى ماستر رٌاضٌات. زٌادة على ذلك، هً مفٌدة لطالب الدكتوراه فً الرٌاضٌات ولهذا الغرض، قمنا بإعطاء أمثلة متنوعة فً كل مرة نقدم فٌها فكرة جدٌدةThis work contains the official program for the subject " Theory of operators and spectral " intended mainly for first year master's mathematics students. Additionally, it is useful for mathematics doctoral students. To this end, we have illustrated the text with various examples each time we have introduced a new notion or shown a theorem.
