Abstract

This analytical study aims to know the extent of the contribution of financial ratios derived from the income statement of financial position, specifically the profitability indicators, to the forecasting of profits in the Algerian Insurance Company (CAAT).where various financial indicators of profitability ratios were calculated and the extracted results were analysed. The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which are: The use of profitability ratios derived from the income and financial position statements helps in forecasting profits for the coming years.
