استثمار الأموال مع غير المسلمين في الفقه الإسلامي وتطبيقاته المعاصرة

Abstract

"ملخص الدراسة: يتناول هذا البحث موضوع استثمار الأموال مع غير المسلمين في الفقه الإسلامي، وقد جاءت إشكالية البحث كالآتي: ما طبيعة استثمار الأموال مع غير المسلمين من منظور الاقتصاد الإسلامي؟ وقد تطرق البحث إلى ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث التمهيدي: الحديث عن ماهية الاستثمار في الفقه الإسلامي. المبحث الأول: تضمن أحكام الاستثمار مع غير المسلمين. المبحث الثاني: تضمن الصور المعاصرة لاستثمار الأموال مع غير المسلمين. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن النشاط الاستثماري مع غير المسلمين جائز بشروط منها: 1- أن يكون النشاط الاستثماري مباحا شرعا. 2- أن لا يكون في هذا النشاط ضعف أو ضرر للمسلمين. " "Absract: This research discuss the idea of investing money with Non -Muslims according to Islamic Fikh (Islam rules) and it's modern applications, the question of this research is: What is the nature of money investments with Non-Muslims from an Islamic perspective? To answer this question we have divided the research to 3 subjects: Introductory: in this subject we will discuss the concept of money. Subject 1: it includes the most important Islamic rules related to money investment with non-Muslims. Subject 2: it includes some modern examples for money investment with non-Muslims. The researches has been reached, that the non-Muslims activities is legally accepted only with conditions such as: 1- The investment must be legally accepted 2- Must not contains any weakness or harmful for Muslims.
