Outsourcing As A Strategy To Develop Banking Services

Abstract

The development of banking activities and the evolution of customers need have led banks to outsource part of their activities. Thus it becomes a necessity, especially in specialized areas. The purpose of our research is to identify the impact of outsourcing on the functioning of Algerian banks, its motivations and its limits. The results of our study, based on an empirical study, where we conducted interviews with employees of the External Bank of Algeria, show that despite the disadvantages generated by outsourcing, the latter improves the quality of banking services.
