دور حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية في دعم المشاريع المقاولاتية والريادية - دراسة ميدانية بحاضنة أعمال جامعة الوادي

Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في دعم وتطوير المشاريع المقاولاتية والريادية، وذلك انطلاقا من التساؤل الرئيسي: ما مدى مساهمة حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية بالوادي في دعم المشاريع المقاولاتية والريادية؟ واندرج ضمنه اسئلة فرعية نذكرها على النحو التالي: - هل تقدم حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية بالوادي دعما تكوينيا لأصحاب المشاريع المقاولاتية والريادية؟ - هل تقدم حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية بالوادي دعما استشاريا لأصحاب المشاريع المقاولاتية والريادية؟ - هل تقدم حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية بالوادي دعما معنويا لأصحاب المشاريع المقاولاتية والريادية؟ - ولقد تم الاعتماد في هذي الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، ولجمع البيانات استخدمنا اداة الاستبيان الذي يضمن 27 بندا مقسما الى أربعة محاور، المحور الاول للبيانات الشخصية، وثلاث محاور تجيب على فرضيات الدراسة، اجريت هذه الدراسة الميدانية على عينة قصدية مكونة من 63 طالب وطالبة اصحاب مشاريع، وقد تم التوصل الى جملة من النتائج اهمها: - تساهم حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية بجامعة الوادي بشكل ايجابي في دعم المشاريع المقاولاتية والريادية من خلال الدعم التكويني والاستشاري والمعنوي مع توصية بتعزيز جوانب (الذكاء الاصطناعي، المتابعة المستمرة، وحل مشاكل التأسيس) - تقدم حاصنة الأعمال الجامعية بالوادي دورا تنظيميا فعالا في توجيه الطلبة حاملي المشاريع المقاولاتية والريادية نحو العمل المقاولاتي - تساهم الحاضنة في تحويل الطلبة الخرجين الباحثين عن وظيفة الى فاعلين اقتصاديين قادرين على انشاء مشاريعهم الخاصة. ""This study aimed to identify the role of university business incubators in supporting and developing entrepreneurial and startup projects. It was guided by the following main research question: ""To what extent does the University of El Oued Business Incubator contribute to supporting entrepreneurial and startup projects?"" This main question was addressed through the following sub-questions: • Does the University of El Oued Business Incubator provide training support to entrepreneurs? • Does the University of El Oued Business Incubator provide consulting support to entrepreneurs? • Does the University of El Oued Business Incubator provide moral support to entrepreneurs? The study employed a descriptive methodology. Data was collected using a questionnaire consisting of 27 items divided into four dimensions: one for personal data and three addressing the study's hypotheses. The field study was conducted on a sample of 63 students (both male and female) who are project holders. The study reached several key findings, most notably: • The University of El Oued Business Incubator positively contributes to supporting entrepreneurial and startup projects through training, consulting, and moral support, with recommendations to further strengthen areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), continuous monitoring, and business startup problem-solving. • The incubator plays an effective organizational role in guiding students with entrepreneurial ideas toward entrepreneurship. • The incubator contributes to transforming graduating students who were once job seekers into economic agents capable of creating their own enterprises.
