إعداد برنامج إرشادي مقترح لتنمية الإختيار المهني لدى تلاميذ الرابعة متوسط قائم على إحتياجاتهم المهنية

Abstract

"الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إعداد برنامج إرشادي مقترح قائم على تحليل الإحتياجات لتنمية الاختيار المهني لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط، بمتوسطة ""عيدة خليفة"" بالوادي خلال الموسم الدراسي 2024-2025. إعتمدت الدراسة الإستطلاعية على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الإستطلاعية من 45 تلميذا وتلميذة، تم إختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية منتظمة . وقد أستخدمت في الدراسة أداة الإستبيان والتي أعدها ""محمد غسان عبد الجواد سنة 2018"" ،في الإختيار مهني لرصد إحتياجات العينة حيث تم التأكد من خصائصها السيكومترية (الصدق والثبات)، كما تم الإعتماد على أداة ثانية تمثلت في مقابلات مع مستشاري التوجيه لتحديد إحتياجات التلاميذ من وجهة نظرهم. وتبني استبيان رصد الاحتياجات لعبد الجواد (2018) بعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائياً باستخدام نضام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss توصلت نتائج الدراسة الاستطلاعية إلى ما يلي : أن تلاميذ السنة الرابعة المتوسط لديهم احتياجات للاختيار المهني مرتفعة في الابعاد الخمسة للاستبيان ( الميول ، الاستقلالية ، الاهتمام ، الاتجاه نحو العمل ، المرونة ) وبناء على النتائج أعلاه تم إعداد برنامج إرشادي مقترح لتنمية الاختيار المهني لدى تلاميذ الرابعة متوسط ، محددين في ذلك البينة المقترحة من حيث الأهداف والمعايير اللازمة لبناء البرنامج المقترحة بهدف تلبية احتياجات الاختيار المهني بما يسهم في تبلور المشاريع المهنية المستقبلية لدى التلاميذ، وذلك من خلال رفع مستوى وعيهم بالمهن المختلفة، بما يضمن إختيارا مهنيا سليما وناجحا ""This study aimed to develop a proposed vision for a guidance program based on a needs analysis to develop career choices among fourth-year middle school students at Aida Khalifa Middle School in El Oued during the 2024-2025 academic year. The survey study relied on the descriptive exploratory approach, and the survey sample consisted of 45 male and female students, selected randomly. Information was collected using research interviews with guidance counselors to determine students' needs from their perspectives. The needs assessment questionnaire was adopted by Abdul Jawad (2018). After collecting and statistically processing the data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the results of the exploratory study reached the following: Fourth-year middle school students have high career choice needs across the five dimensions of the questionnaire (inclinations, independence, interest, work orientation, and flexibility). Based on the above results, a proposed guidance program was developed to develop career choice among fourth-year middle school students. The proposed structure, objectives, and criteria for constructing the proposed program were identified. This goal is intended to meet career choice needs and contribute to the crystallization of students' future career projects by raising their awareness of various professions, ensuring sound and successful career choices. The study concluded with a set of recommendations that could benefit researchers in future studies "
