دراسة النشاطية المضادة للاكسدة للزيت الاساسي لنبات القريطفة

Abstract

The aim of this study is extraction of essential oil EO of Matricaria pubescens growing in north of algerian sahara and measuring the effect of antioxidant activity its EO using DPPH assay. The extraction of EO was done by hydrodistilation using Clevenger aparatus.the gield of EO was 0,18%. The antioxidant activity of EO against DPPH• was moderate comparing with ascarbic acid )vitamine C( whereas, the value of IC50 was 2,27 mg/mL and 0,28 mg/mL and 0,28 mg/mL of ascarbic acid.
