Abstract

يتناول موضوع البحث القيادة بين الفكر الإداري والتطبيق العسكري في ظل التحديات المعاصرةـ من خلال القيادة العسكرية، التي لديها صله وثيقة بينها وبين المفاهيم الإدارية الأخرى أذ تعتبر القيادة العسكرية الأداة الهامة من أجل صناعة وتنفيذ السياسة العامة كما أن أهمية القيادة والسيطرة تزداد كلما كبر حجم المشكلات العسكرية في إي دولة، لاسيما المؤسسات العسكرية التي تواجه بالذات اليوم أكثر من أي وقت مضى الكثير من المشاكل والتحديات التي تحاول إبعادها عن القيام بأدوارها الهامة في تحقيق أهدافها، فالقائد العسكري الناجح يحسن علاقته مع مرؤوسيه حتى يستطيع وقت الأزمات والمواقف الخطيرة التأثير في سلوكهم بصورة فعالة. The research topic deals with leadership between administrative thought and application in contemporary military leadership issues - through joint cooperation among other administrative concepts, as military leadership is considered an aid to public policy making. The importance of focusing on diversity increases as the size of the partners in this country increases, especially the institutions facing Today more than ever before there are many problems and challenges that the armed forces are trying to mobilize to do so to achieve their goals. A successful leader implements communications with his subordinates so that he can time and effective attitudes in influencing their behaviour effectively.
