Abstract

This thesis aims to study the therapeutic properties of the Zygophyllum album plant and its use in the formulation of an anti-inflammatory ointment. The active compounds were extracted from the plant using the maceration method, and a topical ointment was subsequently prepared based on these extracts. The study included chemical analyses to assess the properties of the ointment, as well as biological tests to verify its effectiveness as an anti-inflammatory gent.
