Abstract

"الملخص تناولت هذه الدراسة: مكافحة الجريمة الإرهابية بين الشريعة الإسلامية مقارنةً بالقانون الدولي، والإشكالية الرئيسية التي حاولت الإجابة عنها تتمحور عن مدى مكافحة الجريمة الإرهابية بين الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الدولي؟ وقد جاء الموضوع في مبحثين: خُصِص أولهما لبيان ماهية الجريمة الإرهابية في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الدولي، وجُعل ثانيهما للطرق الشرعية والقانونية لمكافحتها. ومن النتائج الأساسية التي وصل إليها البحث في هذا الموضوع أن الشريعة الإسلامية استطاعت التصدي لجريمة الإرهاب، في حين أن القانون الدولي لم يحقق ذلك."
