دور الخدمات المصرفية الشاملة في تحقيق نظام مالي مستدام –دراسة حالة الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري

Abstract

الملخص: تعد الخدمات المصرفية الشاملة أحدث ما أسفرت عنه التطورات العالمية على الصعيد المالي، مشكلة بذلك تقديم العديد من الحلول المالية التي من خلالها تضمن إدارة أموالها بما يخدم الرغبة الذاتية في التطور والاستمرارية، وكذا توفير التمويل لمختلف القطاعات بما يخدم التنمية المستدامة والتي تعتمد بشكل أكبر على وجود نظام مالي مستدام يتسم بالاستقرار المالي والالتزام الاجتماعي وحماية البيئة والإدارة المسؤولة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي لوصف وتحليل أنواع الخدمات المصرفية الشاملة ومعرفة متطلبات إقامة النظام المالي المستدام. علاوة على ذلك، تم استخدام المنهج التطبيقي الإحصائي بغية جمع المعلومات، قمنا بصياغة استبيان وتوزيعه على عدد من موظفي البنوك التجارية في الجزائر.

Comprehensive banking services are the latest result of global developments in the financial sector. providing numerous financial solutions that enable individuals to manage their finances in a way that serves their desire for development and continuity, as well as providing financing to various sectors in a way that serves sustainable development, which relies heavily on the existence of a sustainable financial system characterized by financial stability, social commitment, environmental protection, and responsible management. To achieve the objective of the study, descriptive and analytical approaches were used to describe and analyze the types of comprehensive banking services and identify the requirements for establishing a sustainable financial system. Besides, we used the statistical applied method. For data collection, we designed and administered a questionnaire to a number of employees in the Algerian commercial banks.
