Abstract

أصبحت الجرائم البيئية من أخطر الجرائم في عصرنا الحالي، فهي تمس حقاً من حقوق الجيل الثالث، ألا وهو الحق في بيئة سليمة. والجزائر كغيرها من الدول تفطنت إلى هذا الخطر الذي يحدث على مستوى الموارد الطبيعية والطاقات المتجددة وكذا التنوع البيولوجي والمناخ، فقامت بمواجهة هذه الاعتداءات بوضع نظام قانوني يكفل حماية البيئة، كما اعتمدت على آليات تضمن من خلالها المزاوجة بين العقوبات التقليدية والتدابير الاحترازية، وهذا من أجل تحقيق أهدافها لحماية البيئة والتنمية المستدامة." Environmental crimes have become among the most dangerous crimes in our current era, as they infringe upon one of the third-generation rights, namely the right to a sound environment. Algeria, like many other nations, has recognized the threats posed to natural resources, renewable energy, biodiversity, and the climate. Consequently, it has confronted these violations by establishing a legal system that ensures environmental protection. This system relies on mechanisms that balance traditional penalties with precautionary measures, aiming to achieve the objectives of environmental preservation and sustainable development."
