Abstract

This study aims to highlight the pivotal role of artificial intelligence in enhancing the application of corporate governance within a group of institutions operating in eastern Algeria. To achieve the desired objectives, we relied on a descriptive and analytical approach to analyze the data derived from a questionnaire containing 42 statements. After confirmingthevalidity of the questionnaireand analyzingthestatements usingSPSS V.26. the study reached several conclusions that demonstrated the contribution of artificial intelligence systems in enhancing the implementation of corporate governance in the institutions under study. This is achieved through a set of principles and mechanisms these institutions adopt for corporate governance (protecting shareholders' rights, protecting stakeholders' rights, disclosure andtransparency, the board of directors, and internal auditing). The study also recommended expanding the use of artificial intelligence systems within institutions to strengthen the role of the board of directors and improve administrative work.objective of the study, the methodology used in the study.
