Abstract

This study aimed to shed light on the impact of grassroots structures on organizational agility in higher education and scientific research institutions from the perspective of professors at Khemis Miliana University,To achieve this, an electronic questionnaire was prepared and sent to professors via professional email,137 valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical processing, After using several statistical methods using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS V20) program, this study reached several results, the most prominent of which are: - There is a correlation at a significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the basic structures and organizational agility at the University of Khemis Miliana; - There is a statistically significant positive effect at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) of the basic structures on organizational agility at the University of Khemis Miliana.
