أثر الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري على التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة (1987-2020م)

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير عدم تماثل الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري على التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1987-2020م)، وذلك باستخدام منهجية الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المبطأة الغير خطية (NARDL)، وعليه تم تقدير نموذج قياسي يتضمن متغيرين أساسيين المتغير المستقل هو الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري والمتغير التابع هو التنويع الاقتصادي المعبر عنه بالناتج المحلي الإجمالي. وقد بينت الدراسة وجود علاقة عكسية غير خطية بين الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري والتنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال (1987-2020م)، كما أظهرت نتائج تقديرات (NARDL) أن التأثيرات الموجبة للإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري لها تأثير سلبي على التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر في المدى القصير، وتبين أن هناك آثار متماثلة للتأثيرات الإيجابية والسلبية للإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري على التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر . "This study aims to know the impact of the asymmetry of government investment spending on economic diversification in Algeria during the period (1987-2020), using the non-linear autoregressive lag (NARDL) methodology. Accordingly, a standard model was estimated that includes two basic variables: the independent variable is government investment spending and the dependent variable is economic diversification expressed by the gross domestic product. The study showed the existence of a non-linear inverse relationship between government investment spending and economic diversification in Algeria during (1987-2020). The results of the (NARDL) estimates also showed that the positive effects of government investment spending have a negative impact on economic diversification in Algeria in the short term, and it was shown that there are similar effects of the positive and negative effects of government investment spending on economic diversification in Algeria.
