Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership competencies and institutional support on enhancing green entrepreneurship in the province of Bouira. A descriptive approach was combined with a case study methodology to achieve the study’s objectives. The study was conducted on a sample of 85 individuals, to whom a questionnaire was distributed as the primary tool for data collection. A set of statistical methods, including arithmetic mean, frequency distributions, multiple regression analysis, and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, was used with the aid of SPSS software. The study reached several findings, most notably that the level of leadership competencies among green entrepreneurship project owners in Bouira is high, and that institutional support is sufficient to foster this type of entrepreneurship. Moreover, the study revealed a statistically significant impact of leadership competencies and institutional support on the promotion of green entrepreneurship.
