أهمية تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي على عملية اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي على عملية اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية (مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي)، باعتبارها إحدى المؤسسات المتطورة تكنولوجيا والمستخدمة لهذه التقنية الحديثة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم الاستعانة بالاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وتوزيعه على عينة مكونة من 50 موظفا، ليتم تفرغيها وتحليلها بإستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي spss وبعد تحليل البيانات توصلنا إلى أنه توجد أهمية ذو دلالة معنوية لإستخدام تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي على عملية اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية بأبعادها المتمثلة في جودة اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية، فعالية اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية، سرعة التحليل اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية. "The study aims to explore the importance of applying artificial intelligence to the strategic decision-making process within an economic institution (Algeria Telecom Company in El Oued), considering it as one of the technologically advanced institutions utilizing this modern technology. To achieve the study's objective, the descriptive-analytical method was adopted, and a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, distributed to a sample of 50 employees. The data was then processed and analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. After analyzing the data, the study concluded that there is a statistically significant importance to the use of artificial intelligence applications in the strategic decision-making process, in terms of its dimensions: the quality of strategic decision-making, the effectiveness of strategic decision-making, and the speed of analysis in strategic decision-making.
