أزمة القيم في المواقف الحقوقية من مأساة غزة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة للوقوف على أزمة القيم في المواقف الحقوقية الدولية من مأساة غزة منذ السابع من أكتوبر 2023م. بوصفها اختبارا أخلاقيا وإنسانيا للمنظومة الحقوقية العالمية. فقد كشفت الأحداث عن ازدواجية المعايير، وتسييس الخطاب الحقوقي، وانهيار الأسس الأخلاقية التي قامت عليها منظومة حقوق الإنسان الحديثة. وتسعى هذه الدراسة لتحديد مظاهر الأزمة وجذورها الفكرية وأبعادها القيمية، وتقترح رؤية إصلاحية تقوم على العدالة الكونية وتكامل المرجعيات الحضارية في بناء الخطاب الحقوقي الإنساني. Abstract: This study aims to examine the crisis of values in international human rights positions regarding the tragedy of Gaza since 7 October 2023, viewing it as a moral and humanitarian test for the global human rights system. The events have revealed a deep double standard, the politicization of human rights discourse, and the collapse of the moral foundations upon which the modern human rights framework was built. The study seeks to identify the manifestations of this crisis, its intellectual roots, and its ethical dimensions, while proposing a reformist vision based on universal justice and the integration of civilizational references in constructing a truly humanistic rights discourse.
