مصير الصحفي في ظل الذكاء الاصطناعي

Abstract

"تأتي هذه الدارسةلتسلط الضوءعلى التحولات العميقةالتي يشهدهامجال الصحافة بفضل التطور المتسارع لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، و على أثرها في مهنة الصحفي، من حيث الأدوار، المهاارت،ومستقبل الوظيفةالصحفية. وقدتم معالجةاشكاليةالدارسةمن خلال طرح التساؤل التالي:ماهومصيرالصحفي في ظل الذكاء الاصطناعي؟ وكان الهدف من هذه الدارسةإلى استكشاف أثرالذكاءالاصطناعي على مهنةالصحفي وتحديد مستقبل العمل الصحفي في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة. اماعن الاجارءات المنهجيةالمعتمدة فتندرج دارستناضمن المنهج المسحي وتم تحديد 15 مفرد، اما الادوات المستخدمة في البحث ، فقد تم الاعتماد على اداة الاستمارة اداة رئيسية تم توزيعهاعلى عينةالدارسةوهم مجموعةمن صحفيين إذاعةوادسوف الجهوية،وأيضاقد تم تقسيم خطة البحث إلى (04) فصول. توصلت الد ارسة إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي يمثل تحدًيا وفرصة في آ ٍن واحد للعمل الصحفي؛ حيث عِّبر الصحفيون عن مخاوف من تقليص الأدوار البشرية، مقابل إد اركهم لإمكانات الذكاء الاصطناعي في دعم الإنتاج الإعلامي. كما أظهرت النتائج نقصا في التكوين المهني في هذا المجال، ووجود مخاوف أخلاقية تتعلق بالمصداقية والشفافية، ما يبرز الحاجة إلى التكيف مع التحول الرقمي من خلال التكوين ووضع ضوابط مهنية وأخلاقية واضحة" " This study aims to shed light on the profound transformations taking place in the field of journalism as a result of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies, and their impact on the journalism profession in terms of roles, skills, and the future of journalistic work. The central issue of the study was addressed by posing the following question: What is the fate of journalists in the era of artificial intelligence? The objective of this study was to explore the impact of artificial intelligence on the journalism profession and to determine the future of journalistic work in light of modern technological developments. As for the methodological procedures, this study falls within the scope of descriptive research, The survey method was adopted, and a purposive sample of 30 individuals was selected. The main research tool used was a questionnaire, which was distributed to the study sample consisting of journalists from the regional radio station of Oued Souf. The research plan was also divided into(04) chapters. The study concluded that artificial intelligence represents both a challenge and an opportunity for journalistic work. Journalists expressed concerns about the diminishing of human roles, while also recognizing the potential of AI to support media production. The results also revealed a lack of professional training in this field, along with ethical concerns related to credibility and transparency. This highlights the urgent need to adapt to digital transformation through proper training and the establishment of clear professional and ethical guidelines."
