Abstract

"ملخص الدراسة تتمحور دراستنا حول الدور الاستراتيجي الذي تلعبه حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في دعم العمل الحر لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، حيث إنطلقنا من إطار مفاهيمي مفصل حدد ماهية حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية بصفتها هيئة داعمة توفر بيئة متكاملة من مجموعة من الخدمات للمشاريع الناشئة، بالتوازي مع تشريح مفهوم العمل الحر كمسار مهني بديل يعتمد على الاستقلالية والابتكار. وقد سعى بحثنا في شقه الثاني إلى تحليل طبيعة العلاقة الرابطة بين هذين المتغيرين، وتجسيداً لهذا الطرح النظري، ركزنا في الإطار التطبيقي على حاضنة جامعتنا جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي. فانطلقت الدراسة من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما الدور الذي تلعبه حاضنة الأعمال بجامعة الوادي في دعم توجه الطلبة الجامعيين نحو العمل الحر؟ ولدراسة الموضوع تمت صياغة الفرضيات التالية: الفرضية الرئيسية: تلعب حاضنة الأعمال بجامعة الوادي دورا هاما في دعم توجه الطلبة الجامعيين نحو العمل الحر. الفرضيات الفرعية: •تساهم خدمات تنمية الموارد البشرية لحاضنة الأعمال الجامعية لجامعة الوادي في توجيه طلبتها نحو العمل الحر. •تساهم الخدمات الإستشارية التي تقدمها حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية لجامعة الوادي في دعم طلبتها المتوجهين نحو العمل الحر. •تساهم الخدمات الإدارية لحاضنة الأعمال الجامعية لجامعة الوادي في دعم طلبتها المتوجهين نحو العمل الحر. وقد إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإعتماد على المدخل الكمي الإستقصائي والذي يمكننا بواسطته من إستعمال الأدوات والأساليب الإحصائية في تحليل البيانات لإختبار صحة فرضيات الدراسة ولتوضيح العلاقة بين دور حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية ودعم العمل الحر لدى الطالب الجامعي بجامة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي، وإستخدام الإستمارة لجمع البيانات بحيث تم توزيعها على عينة قصدية عددها (101 مفردة) طالبا وطالبة منخرطين بحاضنة الأعمال الجامعية بجامعة الوادي، وتم تحليل النتائج إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج spss.

""Abstract This study centers on the strategic role that university business incubators play in supporting entrepreneurship and self-employment among university students. The research initiates with a detailed conceptual framework defining the university business incubator as a supportive entity that provides an integrated environment with a comprehensive suite of services for startups. Concurrently, it dissects the concept of self-employment as an alternative career path anchored in autonomy and innovation. In its second phase, the study analyzes the nature of the relationship linking these two variables. To substantiate this theoretical proposition empirically, the practical framework focuses on the business incubator at our university, Echahid Hamma Lakhdar University of El Oued.

Accordingly, the study stems from the following main research question:

What role does the business incubator at the University of El Oued play in supporting university students' orientation toward self-employment?

To investigate this subject, the following hypotheses were formulated:

Main Hypothesis: The business incubator at the University of El Oued plays a significant role in supporting university students' orientation toward self-employment.

Sub-Hypotheses:

Human resource development services provided by the university business incubator at the University of El Oued contribute to directing its students toward self-employment.

Consultancy services provided by the university business incubator at the University of El Oued contribute to supporting its students oriented toward self-employment.

Administrative services provided by the university business incubator at the University of El Oued contribute to supporting its students oriented toward self-employment.

The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach utilizing a quantitative survey-based method, which enables the employment of statistical tools and methods for data analysis to test the validity of the hypotheses. This approach also clarifies the relationship between the role of the university business incubator and the support for self-employment among university students at Echahid Hamma Lakhdar University of El Oued. A questionnaire was utilized for data collection, distributed to a purposive sample of (101 respondents) consisting of male and female students enrolled in the university business incubator at the University of El Oued. The results were statistically analyzed using the SPSS software. "
