أثر النفقات الضريبية على الاستثمار

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى اظهار أهمية النفقات الضريبية وأنواعها في الجزائر والتعرف على واقع الاستثمار في الجزائر والهيئات المسيرة له من خلال دراسة اثر النفقات الضريبية على الاستثمار في الفترة ما بين 2010-2020 حيث توصلنا الى جملة من النتائج من بينها أن أكبر حصة من مجموع النفقات الضريبية يتعلق بالضريبة على القيمة المضافة كما انه اتضح من خلال تحليل النتائج ان هناك علاقة ضعيفة بين النفقات الضريبية و الاستثمار وذلك يعود لوجود عوامل أخرى تؤثر على البيئة الاستثمارية في الجزائر من بينها الاستقرار الاقتصادي للبلد.This study aims to demonstrate the importance of tax expenditures and their types in Algeria and to identify the reality of investment in Algeria and its governing bodies by examining the impact of tax expenditures on investment between 2010 and 2020. We have foun that the largest share of total tax expenditures relates to VAT and it has been shown by the analysis of the results that there is a small correlation between tax expenditures and investment. Because there are other factors affecting the investment in Algeria, including economic stability.
