Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور تبني نظام ISO 18000 على أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وذلك بدراسة ميدانية بمحطة الضخ رقم 01 مكرر سوناطراك بدائرة جامعة، ومن أجل بلوغ هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الفصل النظري، حيث تطرقنا نظريا لنظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية ISO 18000 وأداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وكذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي في دراسة الحالة حيث تم توزيع استبيان على (62) موظفا وموظفة المؤسسة محل الدراسة وتم الاعتماد على برنامج ""SPSS.V27"" في تحليل النتائج. تم التوصل إلى وجود يوجد تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية (ISO 18000) على أداء المؤسسة محل الدراسة عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤ 005)، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والاقتراحات أهمها: تعزيز تطبيق نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية (ISO 18000) في جميع وحدات محطة الضخ ومراقبة الالتزام به بشكل دوري لضمان استمرار فعاليته، وربط مؤشرات الأداء المؤسسي بمعايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية، وجعل الالتزام بها أحد مكونات التقييم الدوري للأداء داخل المؤسسة. This research aims to highlight the role of adopting the ISO 18000 system on the performance of economic institutions, through a field study at Pumping Station No. 1, Sonatrach University. To achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was adopted in the theoretical chapter, where we theoretically addressed the ISO 18000 occupational health and safety system and the performance of economic institutions. The analytical approach was also adopted in the case study, where a questionnaire was distributed to (62) male and female employees of the institution under study. The results were analyzed using the SPSS.V27 program. It was found that there is a statistically significant effect of implementing the occupational health and safety system (ISO 18000) on the performance of the institution under study at the significance level (α≤ 0.05). The study concluded with a set of recommendations and suggestions, the most important of which are: strengthening the implementation of the occupational health and safety system (ISO 18000) in all pumping station units and periodically monitoring compliance with it to ensure its continued effectiveness; linking institutional performance indicators to occupational health and safety standards; and making compliance with them a component of the periodic performance evaluation within the institution.
