أثر المهارات الناعمة علي التوجة الريادي

Abstract

يهدف هذا الدراسة إلى دراسة تأثير المهارات الناعمة على التوجه الريادي في كليات التعليم الأهلي والأجنبي بمدينة الأبيض، السودان. تم تحليل العلاقة بين مهارات الاتصال والتواصل والعمل ضمن الفريق مع تحمل المخاطر والإبداع. أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لمهارات الاتصال والتواصل على تحمل المخاطر والإبداع، بينما لم يظهر تأثير ذو دلالة للعمل ضمن الفريق على تحمل المخاطر، لكنه كان له تأثير قوي على الإبداع. بناءً على هذه النتائج، أوصى الدراسة بتنظيم برامج تدريبية لتعزيز مهارات الاتصال الفعّال وتطوير بيئات مرنة تدعم الإبداع والعمل الجماعي. كما تم اقتراح تعزيز ثقافة تحمل المخاطر من خلال سياسات تشجع التجربة وتحمل المسؤولية. This research aims to study the impact of soft skills on entrepreneurial orientation in private and foreign education colleges in El Obeid, Sudan. The relationship between communication and teamwork skills with risk taking and creativity was analyzed. The results showed a statistically significant effect of communication and teamwork skills on risk taking and creativity while there was no significant effect of teamwork on risk taking, but it had a strong effect on creativity. Based on these results, the research recommended organizing training programs to enhance effective communication skills and developing flexible environments that support creativity and teamwork. It was also suggested to promote a culture of risk taking through policies that encourage experimentation and taking responsibility..
